Kim Kardashian feels “flattered” she is Demi Lovato’s style icon.

The Disney starlet recently said how she admired both the reality star’s curves and confidence and Kim is thrilled the 17-year-old beauty is using her as an example to love her womanly figure.

“I love that Demi is embracing her curves and I’m so flattered that she is looking to me for style inspiration. Demi is one of the few young stars who manages to show off her own unique style and sense of self while still keeping her looks age-appropriate. I know for me it was a long journey to get to where I am today, and if I can help just one girl feel happy and confident in her own skin by showing that girls should not aspire to be, nor should they feel pressured to be skinny, then I’ve made a little bit of a difference,” Kim wrote on her blog.

Speaking about curvaceous Kim’s sense of style, Demi had said, “I just love the way that she dresses. She wears clothes that fit her body. I’ve been embracing my body as I’ve been getting older, I’m starting to have curves and I’m embracing it and kind of looking to her style to help me out with that.”

Nicky claims she has been approached by “tons and tons” of different firms but only agreed a deal when she met Chad C. Haggar, Titan Brands’ CEO.: “He really shared my vision of high quality without the high price tags.”

The line is divided into three collections, Art Deco - which is inspired by jewelry worn by her mother and grandmother - the classic Deco pieces in Spike, and Snakes, which is described as “contemporary edgy.” Priced wholesale from $35 to $480, the range will be sold exclusively through Endless.com from the autumn, before Nicky embarks on plans to expand though department and specialty stores.

“OK, recently I watched every episode of ‘s first season. I don’t know if it was any good and I certainly didn’t learn anything, but it was definitely hypnotic and it gave my brain a vacation. As for music, I know everyone associates me with edgy rock, but there are times when I just want to hear Britney Spears singing ‘Womanizer, Womanizer…’ over and over. I know, I know, it’s Britney! But I told you. I love imperfection.”

When I fill passport forms I put ‘design.’ I don’t say fashion. But don’t get me wrong, I love my job!”

Although Russell - famed for his eccentric dress sense - is a fan of designers like and the late Alexander McQueen, he admits he doesn’t find shopping very fulfilling.

“My look is a collision between bondage, 70s rock ‘n’ roll and a gentleman at the Henley Regatta. I don’t go shopping much because I find it hard to commit to an object. Will I ever wear these? Then I question the value of consuming, trying to make yourself feel better just by buying a pair of shoes. I think, ‘Will I feel better after I’ve bought these shoes? Or will I just be me…in some shoes.’”
